About Sisterhood In Leadership
A women’s leadership conference built differently.
This conference started as a feeling.
The feeling that something was missing. That the women doing the most important work, holding space, building community, leading from the heart, were somehow the least held themselves.
The leadership models available to them, even the ones designed by women, were still built on competition. The kind that creates hierarchies where there should have been sisterhood, sister wounds where there should have been safety, and isolation with a side of burnout where there should have been belonging. It was never the way women were meant to lead.

It is a three-day in-person gathering for women leaders, coaches, facilitators, mentors, and space-holders. Coming together on Florida’s Space Coast in May 2027 around a single quietly radical idea: that collaboration is the antidote to competition in women’s leadership.
Not as a platitude. As a design principle.
Every speaker, every session, every evening, every room setup. All of it built to make that belief feel like the obvious truth it has always been.
