The Sisterhood In Leadership Experience
This is not a conference you attend.
It is a conference you arrive at.
There is a difference. And you will feel it the moment you walk in.
This weekend was designed around you.
And your nervous system.
Most professional development asks you to sit, absorb, and go home with a notebook full of things you will try to implement alone. Sisterhood in Leadership is built on a different premise entirely. That the most transformative thing that can happen this weekend is not what you learn on a stage. It is who you find in the room.
You will not be rushed.
You will not be overwhelmed.
The Days
The pace is intentional.
The conference runs Thursday through Saturday. Days wrap at 4pm. Evenings begin at 7. The three hours in between are yours, to rest, to wander, to sit with a new friend over something warm, or simply to be still for a moment before the magic of the evening begins.
A two hour lunch gives you time to actually eat, connect, and breathe. Thirty minute breaks in the morning and afternoon create natural pauses that keep your nervous system steady rather than frantic. And the marketplace is woven through it all, a warm, unhurried space to discover the brands and services that genuinely belong in your world.
Main stage programming will ask you to look honestly at what you have been carrying, what it has cost you, and what becomes possible when you finally put it down. Breakout sessions let you choose your own path.
A sample rhythm. Intentionally unhurried.

The Evenings
Where the magic happens.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings are each their own experience, designed for connection, laughter, and the kind of memory that outlasts any conference. Where the woman you sat next to in the morning session becomes someone you will call next year when everything feels hard.
Everything wraps by 9pm each evening, because rest is not an afterthought here. It is part of the design. Someone will take care of you. Nobody has to be professional anymore. And you will remember these evenings for a very long time.
The Bookends
For those who arrive early
or linger a little longer.

Wednesday Evening
The Welcome Circle
Before the conference begins, there is a circle. A chance to arrive fully, meet the women you will spend the weekend with, and set the tone for everything that follows. This is where the weekend really starts.

Sunday Morning
Beach Mandalas & Bonfire Breakfast
As the weekend draws to a close, those who are not yet ready to leave gather on the beach. Mandalas, a bonfire, breakfast, and the quiet magic of a Sunday morning on Florida’s Atlantic coast. A gentle, unhurried goodbye to the women you came in with and the woman you are leaving as.
Neither is mandatory. Both are unforgettable.
You will leave different.
Not fired up for a week and then back to the same walls. Actually different. Settled into something that was always possible but never quite within reach.
We rise together.
